About Nicholas

Nicholas is an Associate Solicitor in our Wills, Probate and Inheritance team and is based in our Rosehill office.

Nicholas provides advice on the preparation of Wills, the administration of estates (probate), succession planning, inheritance tax planning, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection applications including Deputyship, and advice in connection with trusts, estates and property matters.

Nicholas also deals with estates with an agricultural element and liaises with the firm’s agricultural department to provide a comprehensive service to the firm’s farming clients.

Nicholas studied Law at the University of Cumbria and then went onto complete the LPC at the University of Northumbria.

About Nicholas

Outside of work Nicholas is a keen singer and cellist, he also enjoys spending time with family and friends and travelling.
