About Simon

Simon is a Director, having been a partner with Nicholson Portnell since 2012. He specialises in all aspects of property work and small business transactions.  He also has considerable expertise in dealing with agricultural matters including agricultural tenancies. 

About Simon

Simon grew up in Northumberland. Having obtained a Masters degree, in Arts and Social Sciences, in Scotland, he then completed the Common Professional Examination (law conversion) and LPC at the University of Northumbria. He qualified as a solicitor in 2005 with Cartmell Shepherd, having become a trainee with the firm two years earlier. In 2007 he returned to his native Northumberland joining Nicholson Portnell.

Simon is a fellow of the Agricultural Law Association.
